About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Desarrollador de Software Embarcado para Sistemas Automotrices to join their cutting-edge R&D; division in Querétaro City, Querétaro . This role is crucial for developing the intelligent systems that power the next generation of vehicles. You will work with state-of-the-art technologies, contributing to the design, implementation, and testing of embedded software for automotive applications, including infotainment, ADAS, and vehicle control units. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive systems using C/C++.
- Implement real-time operating systems (RTOS) and drivers for various microcontrollers and ECUs.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define software and hardware requirements.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests for embedded software.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues across different hardware platforms.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Work with AUTOSAR standards and protocols relevant to automotive embedded systems.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of new embedded software solutions.




- Stay updated on the latest advancements in embedded systems and automotive software development.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on automotive applications.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or QNX.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for working effectively in a team environment in Querétaro City .
