About the Role

Our client, a renowned insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Consultant to join their team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough risk assessments for businesses and individuals to identify potential exposures.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals, recommending appropriate coverage options for property, liability, business interruption, and other risks.
- Advise clients on policy terms, conditions, coverage limits, and risk management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure optimal terms and pricing for clients.
- Manage the renewal process for existing policies, ensuring continuity of coverage and exploring opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay abreast of market developments, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims) to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Educate clients on insurance best practices and loss prevention techniques.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance consulting, brokerage, or a similar client-facing advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of various insurance lines, including commercial property, general liability, D&O;, cyber insurance, and personal lines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with necessary in-office and client-site visits in the Tlalnepantla area.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
