About the Role

Our client, a prominent financial institution with a significant presence in Toluca, State of Mexico , is seeking a dedicated and experienced Especialista en Atracción de Talento to manage their recruitment needs within the financial services sector. This role is integral to attracting and securing top-tier talent for critical positions across banking, investment, insurance, and fintech. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from understanding business requirements and market compensation to sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and ensuring the successful onboarding of qualified professionals. The adecuado candidate possesses a deep understanding of the financial industry's talent landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality hires. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles within the financial services sector, including analysts, advisors, managers, and specialists.
- Partner closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to define position requirements, understand team dynamics, and identify key competencies.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific financial expertise and experience.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including specialized job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Screen resumes, conduct comprehensive interviews (technical and behavioral),



and perform thorough candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiations, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
- Stay informed about trends, regulations, and talent market dynamics within the financial services industry.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for experience within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of roles and talent needs common in banking, insurance, investment, or fintech.
- Proven ability to use ATS and other recruitment technologies effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Toluca, State of Mexico , and work full-time in the office.
