About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and technically inclined Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, a recent graduate, to join their fully remote team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for ensuring software quality and an interest in automation testing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and contributing to the automation of testing processes. Working in a collaborative, remote-first environment, you will partner with developers and product managers to uphold the highest standards of software quality. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with QA leads and development teams to understand project requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
- Participate in the review of system designs and proposed solutions.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality.




- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Ensure that all testing activities are documented and follow established processes.
- Contribute to improving the overall quality assurance process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, recently obtained.
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
