Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert consultations on skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.

- Educate clients about product benefits, usage, and scientific formulations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new product launches, and scientific advancements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in skincare consultation, cosmetics retail, or a related beauty industry role.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skincare science, and formulation.
- Strong understanding of various skin types and conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Ability to provide both in-person and potentially remote client support.
- Professional appearance and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Experience with CRM systems and retail POS systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in cosmetology or dermatology are advantageous.
