About the Role

Our client, a premier executive search firm renowned for its expertise in identifying and placing C-suite and senior leadership talent, is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Headhunter . This pivotal role, based out of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua , will involve leading critical search assignments for challenging executive positions across a variety of industries. The adecuado candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven history of successfully recruiting top-tier executives, possessing an extensive network within the Mexican business community and beyond. You will be responsible for managing the entire executive search process, from strategic client consultation and market mapping to candidate identification, assessment, and negotiation. Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute complex executive search projects from inception to completion. Conduct thorough client intake sessions to define critical leadership competencies and organizational needs. Develop sophisticated search strategies, including market analysis and competitor intelligence gathering. Proactively identify, engage, and assess potential candidates for senior executive roles, often from passive markets. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with executives and industry leaders. Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles and insightful assessments. Guide clients and candidates through the offer negotiation and onboarding stages.



Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent strategy and market trends relevant to executive leadership in Ciudad Juárez and beyond. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, executive recruitment, or senior-level talent acquisition. Demonstrated success in conducting searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions. Extensive network of contacts within relevant industries, particularly in the Mexican market. Exceptional research, interviewing, and assessment skills. Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Proficiency with executive search databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing tools. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and meet demanding deadlines. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality. Experience working with clients or candidates in the Chihuahua region is a plus.
