About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Solutions Specialist to join their team in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This role is pivotal in addressing and resolving complex customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints and issues, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Technical Support) to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide detailed reports on customer issues, resolutions, and trends to management.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to prevent future issues.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Document all interactions and resolutions meticulously within the CRM system.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer solutions role, with a focus on problem resolution.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to work onsite in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco .
