Gamma Recruitment seeks a commercial leader to own OEM revenue in MX/US, leveraging industrial strength to win multi-year programs. The role drives pricing discipline and builds a plan to keep plants loaded with profitable, on-time business.

You will steer pricing, renewals, and a 12–24 month demand plan with operations, leading sales, pricing, and key-account teams to secure steady margins and pipeline health. Travel will be regular.
