Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven track record as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, market positioning, and consumer psychology.
- Experience in preparing designs for print production, including knowledge of pre-press processes and materials.
- Excellent conceptualization skills and the ability to generate creative and original ideas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A passion for design innovation and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Must be able to work from or commute to Tlaquepaque , Jalisco, with hybrid flexibility.
