Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, in a remote setting.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art ML techniques to address business challenges.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research.
- Document code, models, and processes thoroughly.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role.
- Expertise in Python and popular ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in virtual communication tools.
