SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection, is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Director to lead all F&B; outlets at our luxury resort opening. You will drive exceptional service, profitability and guest experiences while upholding LQA standards and AAA Diamond expectations.

This role requires minimum 5 years in F&B; leadership within luxury hotels or resorts, strong financial acumen, English proficiency, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
