About the Role

Based remotely, you will conceptualize and develop interior design solutions for a variety of project types, from corporate offices to hospitality venues, with a strong emphasis on how people interact with and experience the space. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design of interior spaces with a primary focus on enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, space plans, and detailed renderings for interior projects.
- Utilize user-centered design principles to create environments that are intuitive, comfortable, and inspiring.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and other designers through virtual communication channels.
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and other interior elements that align with design concepts and UX goals.
- Prepare detailed specifications and construction documents for interior fit-outs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in interior design, UX design, and workplace/hospitality strategies.




- Manage project timelines and deliverables in a remote work setting, ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and accessibility standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with a strong UX focus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with demonstrable experience in user experience-driven design projects.
- A portfolio showcasing innovative interior designs that prioritize user interaction and functionality.
- Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, ergonomics, and accessibility principles in design.
- Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing.
- Experience working with clients from various sectors (e.g., tech, hospitality, co-working spaces) is a plus.
