What awaits you?

You will ensure safe, compliant, reliable and customer-focused food service, supporting business continuity, employee well-being and efficient use of company resources.

- Steer daily operations across five canteens,Delishop,convenience retail,and vending services,ensuring consistent service availability,menu quality,and high customer satisfaction.
- Enforce strict hygiene standards and food safety management systems (HACCP,ISO 22000,Distintivo H),conducting audits,managing allergen controls,and executing corrective actions.
- Monitor external provider compliance against contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs),tracking key performance indicators,consumption metrics,and service recovery plans.
- Oversee the safe operation,lifecycle management,and maintenance of kitchen equipment,dining areas,utilities,sanitation,and pest control in collaboration with facility management.




- Drive digital administrative workflows,resource-efficiency projects,and food waste reduction initiatives while coordinating special events and nutrition campaigns.

What should you bring along?

To successfully drive this role, we are looking for a service oriented professional who combines strong food safety expertise with structured operational management:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition,Food Engineering,Gastronomy,Hospitality Management,Business Administration,or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of3 yearsof relevant professional experience managing food services in industrial, corporate,or high volume service environments.
- Solid understanding of Mexican food hygiene standards,industrial kitchen equipment,preventive maintenance,and quality auditing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel,PowerPoint),with working knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Business fluentEnglish, strong analytical skills, customer orientation,and effective cross functional stakeholder management.
