About the Role

Our client, a newly established professional volleyball club in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua , is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Entrenador de Voleibol de Playa Profesional . This is a foundational role responsible for building and leading the team to success in national and international competitions. The adecuado candidate will possess extensive knowledge of beach volleyball strategies, exceptional coaching abilities, and a strong understanding of athlete development at the highest level. You will be instrumental in establishing the club's identity and culture, fostering a winning mentality, and maximizing player performance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a professional sports program from its inception in Ciudad Juárez .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a winning tactical and technical strategy for the professional beach volleyball team.
- Conduct high-intensity training sessions focused on skill development, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.
- Scout and recruit top-tier beach volleyball talent, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage player development, providing individualized coaching and support to optimize performance.
- Oversee the team's schedule, including training camps, travel, and competition logistics.
- Collaborate with sports science, medical, and nutrition staff to ensure comprehensive athlete care.
- Analyze opponents' strategies and provide game plans for upcoming matches.
- Foster a strong team culture built on discipline, resilience, and mutual respect.




- Represent the club professionally at league meetings, media events, and community engagements.
- Maintain detailed records of player statistics, training progress, and match outcomes.

Requirements

- Extensive coaching experience at a professional or high-level collegiate beach volleyball program (minimum 5 years).
- Proven track record of success in developing elite athletes and achieving competitive results.
- Deep understanding of beach volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to recruit and evaluate talent effectively.
- Experience in managing team dynamics and player relationships.
- Certification from a recognized coaching association is preferred.
- Knowledge of sports science principles and injury prevention methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis for performance tracking is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to and work full-time in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua .
