About the Role

Our client, a major bank with a strong presence in Northern Mexico, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ejecutivo de Banca Empresarial to serve businesses in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX. This role is central to developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, offering a comprehensive suite of banking and financial solutions. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, structuring financial deals, and driving revenue growth for the bank. The adecuado candidate possesses strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of corporate finance, and exceptional client relationship management skills. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of office-based collaboration and client-facing engagement, providing a significant opportunity to impact business banking in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong, profitable relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate banking segment.
- Understand client financial needs and propose tailored banking solutions (loans, credit lines, cash management, trade finance, etc.).
- Structure and negotiate complex financial transactions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent ongoing service to existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities relevant to corporate banking.




- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credit analysis, operations) to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Stay abreast of new banking products and services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate banking, commercial lending, or business development within the financial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis, and banking products.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with business owners and executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong knowledge of the local business market in Chihuahua.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
