Resolv Global is seeking a dependable EV Technical Support Specialist to help customers troubleshoot and understand electric vehicle charging products. You will handle first-level inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, document issues, and escalate when needed.

With paid training and a fully remote role from Mexico, you will join a customer-focused team and support processes that ensure timely, accurate solutions for a integral client base. Fluency in English (and Spanish preferred) is valued.
