Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and interpreting national and international aviation regulations (e.g., DGAC, FAA, EASA).
- Ensuring company compliance with all applicable aviation laws, safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and policies.
- Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or risk.
- Liaising with aviation regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Advising management and operational teams on regulatory matters and best practices.




- Investigating compliance issues and developing corrective action plans.
- Preparing and submitting required regulatory reports and documentation.
- Staying informed about industry trends and changes in aviation regulations.
- Delivering training on regulatory compliance to relevant personnel.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in aviation regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal roles within the aviation industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Mexican aviation regulations (DGAC) and international standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
