Vapotherm is seeking an IT professional for its Tijuana Industrial Pacific facility to lead on-site and remote IT support, and to partner with site leadership and integral IT teams.

You will deploy and troubleshoot workstations, scanners, printers, and site networks, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, ERP Epicor, and ensure compliance in regulated manufacturing environments. The role requires 5+ years in IT support or manufacturing tech, and strong English communication.
