Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their strategic hiring objectives and unique talent requirements.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing a wide array of tools and platforms to identify passive and active candidates.
- Perform in-depth candidate screening, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients, providing detailed feedback and strategic insights.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices in talent acquisition.




- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment methodologies and best practices within the firm.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment consulting or executive search, preferably within a remote or hybrid agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing professional networks.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
