About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role is essential for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. You will have the opportunity to engage in various HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. The adecuado candidate is passionate about people management and possesses a strong understanding of HR best practices. This position is based in our Guadalajara, Jalisco office, offering a hands-on experience within a thriving industrial hub.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and career development.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS database.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment efforts as needed.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
