About the Role

Our client, a distinguished leader in the Servicios Inmobiliarios industry, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Gerente de Proyectos de Desarrollo Inmobiliario . This position is fully remote, offering the successful candidate the flexibility to manage impactful projects from anywhere. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of diverse real estate development projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies to construction, marketing, and final delivery. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines rigorously, and navigate complex regulatory environments. Your expertise in strategic planning and execution will be vital to driving the success of our client's ambitious development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, market analysis, and site selection for new development opportunities. Oversee the design process, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other consultants to create innovative and functional spaces. Manage the procurement of necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies. Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting. Select, negotiate with, and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Collaborate effectively with legal, finance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure integrated project execution.



Mitigate project risks by anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions. Communicate project status, progress, and key decisions regularly to stakeholders and senior management through virtual channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development project management within the Servicios Inmobiliarios sector. Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale development projects from inception to completion. In-depth knowledge of development processes, construction methodologies, zoning laws, and permitting. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and investment analysis. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adapted for a remote work environment. Experience managing remote teams and coordinating distributed project efforts is essential. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is highly advantageous.
