Resolv Integral in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, build strong client relationships, and work directly with the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations to align priorities and drive performance.

You will monitor KPIs, identify risks, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.
