Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in gym management, operations management, or a similar role within the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control operational expenses.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in gym management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid is essential.
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends, in Tijuana, Baja California .
