Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various categories of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide expert guidance.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.




- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, market trends, and supplier performance for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and achieving significant cost savings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Reside in or be willing to commute to Naucalpan , Estado de México.
