Job Summary

Administrador de Entrenamiento de Operaciones en Calidad estará ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

- Desarrollar material de capacitación para el área de Calidad
- Responsable de entrenar Auditores de Calidad
- Certificar las competencias de los auditores y técnicos de Calidad a través de SIE
- Crear nuevos informes y métricos para el área
- Certificar y/o recertificar la competencia profesional
- Validar la efectividad del a capacitación a través del proceso de auditoria
- Registrar y monitorear datos de entrenamientos

Habilidades indispensables para el rol

- Paquetería office
- Disponibilidad de turno
- Bachillerato Técnico o Carrera Técnica
- Conocimiento en estándares de calidad (ISO 9001, IATF, TL9000, IPC-A 610)
- Conocimiento en herramientas de calidad (Pareto, Ishikawa, 5 porque)




- Interpretación de los planes de control
- Conocimiento en auditorias de procesos y producto
