About the Role

Our client, a prominent e-commerce company operating in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua , is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist. This role is integral to driving online visibility, user acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, optimizing website performance for search engines, and managing online advertising budgets. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Create and oversee engaging content marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.




- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement website enhancements and new features.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to management.
- Manage social media presence and engagement strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and SEM.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social media strategy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a significant plus.
