About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead critical initiatives within their organization, based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role is integral to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, aligning with strategic business objectives. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership qualities, and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while fostering effective communication among all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.




- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, leading diverse and complex projects.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills.
- Experience working within the Naucalpan, State of Mexico area is preferred.
