Trane Technologies in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Welding & Assembly Process Quality Engineer to develop robust Welding & Assembly processes supporting operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives. You will lead controls to meet welding standards and certifications while coaching the team on BOS best practices.

The role requires 7-10 years in welding and assembly, strong Lean Manufacturing skills, and advanced English. On-site work at Apodaca, NL, with competitive compensation.
