About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to enhance the in-store presentation and customer experience at their retail locations, primarily serving the Acapulco, Guerrero region. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that drive product interest and sales. While the role involves significant site visits, certain planning and reporting tasks can be conducted remotely, allowing for a Hybrid work dynamic. The idóneo candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, an understanding of retail trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual narratives. You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our client's stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design and install captivating window displays and in-store product arrangements.
- Ensure all visual merchandising elements are consistent across different store locations.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to understand product flow and customer behavior.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and other display materials.
- Stay informed about current fashion and retail trends to maintain a modern and appealing store aesthetic.
- Create and update planograms and visual directives for store teams.




- Prepare reports on visual merchandising effectiveness and present findings.
- Conduct store visits to assess presentation standards and provide guidance for improvements.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual display designs and execution.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with store teams.
- Flexibility to travel to various store locations as needed.
- Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of the retail environment and customer shopping behavior.
