About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Especialista en Farmacia Online to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for managing and optimizing the digital pharmacy experience, ensuring seamless operations from prescription intake to delivery. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to enhance online patient engagement, streamline digital workflows, and ensure compliance with all relevant telehealth and pharmaceutical regulations. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong understanding of e-pharmacy operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare access. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online pharmacy platform.
- Manage the prescription fulfillment process for online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience on the online platform.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding telemedicine and online pharmacies.
- Collaborate with technology teams to troubleshoot and enhance platform functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service to online patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online operations and patient satisfaction.




- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers for delivery services.
- Stay abreast of advancements in digital health and e-commerce pharmacy trends.
- Train and support remote pharmacy staff as needed.

Requirements

- Licensed Pharmacist in Mexico.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 2 years in an online or telemedicine pharmacy setting.
- Solid understanding of digital pharmacy operations, e-commerce platforms, and patient portals.
- Knowledge of Mexican regulations pertaining to online pharmacies and telemedicine.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on digital interactions.
- Proficiency in using various online collaboration tools and pharmacy management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technologies and operational needs.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- A strong commitment to patient privacy and data security is essential.
