This crucial role involves the design and planning of state-of-the-art hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare-related facilities, ensuring compliance with stringent healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design process for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

- Ensure all designs comply with national and international healthcare building codes, standards (e.g., NOM-001-SSA3), and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, medical equipment planners, and engineering consultants to integrate specialized systems.

- Prepare design development documents, construction drawings, and specifications.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization or significant experience in healthcare design.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in designing hospitals, clinics, or other complex healthcare facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical workflows, and infection control strategies.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and healthcare-specific design considerations.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, medical gases, and IT infrastructure relevant to healthcare.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with diverse teams of healthcare providers and technical experts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conceptualization through to completion.
- Portfolio showcasing significant healthcare design projects.
