About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a clear digital transformation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of digital solutions, including cloud migration, AI integration, and data analytics platforms.




- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and trends that can enhance business operations and customer engagement.
- Drive cultural change and adoption of digital tools and processes across the organization through effective communication and training.
- Manage digital transformation projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology leadership roles.




- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation programs in complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, IoT, and other emerging digital technologies.
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
