We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with a strong background in freight brokerage to join our growing team
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch loads efficiently and on time.
- Work directly with carriers, drivers, and customers.
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity with carriers.
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates.
- Manage multiple loads and priorities simultaneously.
- Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with all parties.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in dispatching and/or freight brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. freight and trucking industry.
- Experience working with carriers, brokers, and customers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
