Key Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of barbering services, including precision haircuts, fades, tapers, scissor cuts, and razor shaves, catering to diverse client preferences.
- Provide expert beard grooming services, including trimming, shaping, and detailing, ensuring a polished and professional finish.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized style recommendations based on hair type and facial features, and ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current barbering trends, techniques, and styles, staying ahead of the curve in the industry.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in all tools and workspaces, adhering to all safety regulations.




- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times (if applicable to remote client consultations or virtual assistant roles).

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of modern haircutting and grooming styles.
- Proficiency in all aspects of barbering, including clipper work, scissor cuts, fades, and straight razor shaving.
- Excellent understanding of hair types, growth patterns, and facial hair sculpting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
