About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce platform, is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead their recruitment efforts across Latin America. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to our success from anywhere within the LATAM region. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our expansion. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across Latin America.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and referral programs, to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice in the region.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics,



providing regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the LATAM region.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting across Latin America.
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting talent for diverse roles, including technical and business positions.
- In-depth knowledge of the LATAM job market, cultural nuances, and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or technology industry hiring is a plus.
