Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
- Oversee the P&L; management for all retail locations under your purview.
- Implement and maintain efficient supply chain and inventory management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements across all stores.
- Lead and mentor regional store managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Merchandising, Marketing, and HR to align operational goals.




- Manage capital expenditure projects related to store facilities and infrastructure.
- Champion innovation and best practices in retail store operations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit retail operations and P&Ls.;
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience in the Actual León retail market is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
