About the Role

Our client, a key supplier in the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced Especialista en Sistemas de Inyección de Combustible Automotriz to join their advanced engineering team in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role focuses on the research, development, and validation of cutting-edge fuel injection systems designed to enhance engine performance, fuel efficiency, and reduce emissions. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop components and systems for direct and indirect fuel injection.
- Perform simulations and analysis of fuel injection system performance using specialized software.
- Conduct validation testing on bench and in-vehicle to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engine development, emissions, manufacturing) to integrate fuel systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fuel injection systems.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in fuel injection and engine management systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.




- Support the transfer of technology from R&D; to production, working closely with manufacturing engineers.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer specifications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of automotive fuel systems.
- Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and fuel system thermodynamics.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., GT-SUITE, AVL Fire) and CAD software.
- Proficiency in data acquisition and analysis from testing procedures.
- Understanding of emissions regulations and strategies for compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the automotive sector in or around Naucalpan, State of Mexico is highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
