Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and operational goals.
- Monitor production progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production capacity with market demand.
- Implement and improve planning and control systems using ERP or other relevant software.
- Generate reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in production planning and control processes.




- Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand capacity constraints and capabilities.
- Support the forecasting process by providing historical data and analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or operations management within an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and inventory management techniques.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning software.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
