This is a fully remote leadership role, responsible for driving academic strategy and fostering pedagogical innovation across the network. The adecuado candidate will have a deep expertise in early childhood curriculum development, instructional leadership, and the integration of modern educational technologies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing learning frameworks that are engaging, effective, and responsive to the evolving needs of young learners. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee the implementation of the academic vision and strategy for early childhood education programs.
- Lead the design, review, and enhancement of curricula and pedagogical approaches.
- Drive innovation in teaching and learning, incorporating digital tools and new methodologies.
- Provide academic leadership and support to educators and school administrators remotely.
- Develop and facilitate professional development programs for staff on pedagogical innovation and best practices.

Requirements

- Doctorate or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and pedagogical innovation, preferably within early childhood education.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful academic programs and strategies.
- Deep understanding of child development, learning theories, and contemporary pedagogical research.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a remote environment.
