The Production Coordinator IV coordinates the daily production activities of a production team including job assignment and rotation to achieve production schedules and maintain quality standards.

- Scheduling and assigning jobs to the production team.
- Keeping production team accountable to reach goals and maintain standards.
- Performing routine checks on team to ensure compliance and to ensure team is staying on track.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the process.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitoring timekeeping and attendance.
- Performing administrative duties as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience (required)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- High regard for quality assurance
- Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
- Proficiency in related systems and software
