About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.




- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2C environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the local market in Cuernavaca, Morelos is a plus.
- A professional and charismatic demeanor.
