About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and vigilant Supervisor de Recepción y Despacho de Mercancías to oversee the critical functions of goods intake and dispatch at their facility in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX . This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipment of orders, and managing the workflow of the receiving and shipping docks. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent organizational skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide a team effectively. This is a key position within our logistics operations, demanding a high level of attention to detail and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities in the receiving and dispatch areas, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage the unloading of incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damages.
- Oversee the efficient picking, packing, and loading of outbound orders for dispatch.
- Ensure accurate recording of all inbound and outbound inventory movements in the WMS.
- Train, schedule, and manage the performance of warehouse staff in the receiving and shipping departments.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures in the receiving and dispatch areas.
- Coordinate with transportation carriers for timely pick‑ups and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock areas and surrounding warehouse space.




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipping documents.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or Associate's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in receiving and shipping roles.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is required.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and leadership skills to manage a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Understanding of safe material handling practices.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Must be able to work on-site in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX.
