About the Role

Our client, a prominent fintech company based in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí , is seeking a talented Technical Lead for Mobile Development, proficient in both iOS and Android platforms. This is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding a team of skilled mobile developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, user-centric mobile applications. You will oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance are maintained. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of native mobile applications.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and requirements.
- Drive technical decision-making for mobile projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications.
- Stay current with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and platform updates (iOS and Android).




- Manage the app release process and ensure smooth deployment to app stores.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Objective‑C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin/Java).
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with mobile development tools, debugging, and performance profiling.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
