About the Role

Our client, a growing manufacturing company located in Toluca, State of Mexico , is seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resources Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the company's expansion. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. The position involves a hybrid work model, blending in-office collaboration with the HR team and flexibility for remote tasks. Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Managing the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Utilizing various channels for candidate sourcing, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.



Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires. Staying informed about labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Contributing to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of various recruitment methodologies and tools. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills. Ability to work a hybrid schedule, commuting to our Toluca, State of Mexico office as needed.
