Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join their Guadalajara, Jalisco team. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and policy implementation to support a growing manufacturing environment.

The idóneo candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2–3 years of experience, strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, experience with HRIS, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
