You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements and job specifications to identifying, engaging, interviewing, and facilitating the placement of IT professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, project managers, and cybersecurity specialists.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to thoroughly understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, IT market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in IT recruitment, either in-house or agency.
- Demonstrated understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, with the potential for full remote based on performance and client needs.
