About the Role

Our client, a global BPO services provider, is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their remote team, supporting operations in Tijuana, Baja California. This role is essential for attracting and securing top talent to meet the growing demands of their international clientele. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-volume hiring and specialized roles within the BPO sector. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent sourcing skills, and is adept at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a key operational hub near Tijuana, Baja California.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute full-cycle recruitment for various positions, from initial job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate data and track recruitment progress using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, representing the company brand positively.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.




- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate outreach programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment preferred.
- Proven ability to source candidates using diverse methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with the BPO industry is a plus.
