Description

We are looking to add a virtual full-time setter to join our team. Our business buys and sells vacant land across the US.

We generate around 100-150 leads a month (between cold calling and direct mail) and need a full-time appointment setter that gets to our leads quickly (within 5 minutes) and books qualified prospects onto the closers calendar.

You will also be responsible for following up with new and old-aged leads.

What you'll do

- Call every new lead within 5 minutes and leave a voicemail, text, and email if they don't pick up.
- Follow our call cadence: 3 calls a day until we've tried 21 times or connected - then 3 a month. Older leads get 3 calls every 30 days.
- Qualify leads via motivation + price (you will receive training for this).
- Adhere to our script and book qualified prospects onto the closers calendar.
- Log every call.



Calls are recorded and I review them with you.

Pay

$1,280/month base plus 1% of the gross profit on every deal that comes from an appointment you booked - paid when we sell the property.

For example, a deal that makes $10,000 in gross profit pays you $100.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Mountain Time (US).

What you need

- Fluent English.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Cold calling, phone customer service, or appointment setting experience.
- Fast internet with a backup for power and internet cuts.
- A quiet room and a headset.
- Comfortable in a CRM. GoHighLevel is a plus.
