About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of recruiters, ensuring consistent performance and development.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across various departments and geographies.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance.
- Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier passive and active candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded in all talent acquisition practices.




- Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Stay abreast of market trends and innovative recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment functions in a global or multi-national environment.
- Proven experience with various recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools).
- Strong understanding of global labor markets and recruitment compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in managing remote teams and fostering a collaborative virtual environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
