Our client, a leader in the innovative retail sector, is seeking a strategic and experienced Gerente de Producto Senior

This critical role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis. Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Develop detailed product specifications and work closely with engineering/design teams for implementation. Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies and cross-functional coordination. Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product adoption and commercial success. Manage product P&L; and drive profitability.



Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in retail. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and product development methodologies. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience in defining product strategy and roadmaps. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred. Experience working within the San Luis Potosí business environment is a plus. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for creating innovative products.
